Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, this must be done as far in advance as possible. We only accept cancellations via email: info@stoeberiet.dk

If you have booked 1 to 2 nights, you can cancel your reservation up to 3 days before arrival for a cancellation fee of DKK 100 per reserved room. If there are less than 3 days until your arrival, the reservation is binding and the full amount for the stay including ordered extras is payable.

If you have booked 3 or more nights, you can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before arrival for a cancellation fee of DKK 100 per booked room. If there are less than 7 days until your arrival, the reservation is binding and the full amount for the stay including ordered extras is payable.
