Our atmospheric rooms in Svendborg's old iron foundry are perfect for the perfect Christmas party. We have function rooms of different sizes, allowing for an intimate and relaxed party. Whether you're gathering a company or an association, you can be sure that the Christmas party at STØBERIET will be cozy.
The food for your Christmas party is homemade by our skilled kitchen staff and consists of all the classics with a few surprises that are guaranteed to delight the party. We promise that you'll leave the event full and that you can always find your favorite on the buffet.
STØBERIET offers an unpretentious Christmas party where you can relax and enjoy the good company. We take care of the beautiful rooms, decorations and first-class food, while you take care of cleaning up during and after the party. If you want extra help or service during the Christmas party, we will find a solution to suit your needs and wishes.
When the evening draws to a close and the Christmas party with us is over, our central location in the city makes it ideal to stop by Svendborg city center, which is always bubbling with life and festive atmosphere. Here you can take your Christmas party to the small pubs and wine bars until the late hours.

- We provide a cozy setting and set the table so the Christmas atmosphere is in place.
- On all dates, it will be possible to party in your own room - if we have available rooms and you are at least 25 people.

The food
Our Christmas lunch consists of classic dishes with a creative twist. All our food is homemade. If possible, we only use fresh ingredients and seasonal fruit and vegetables for your Christmas lunch.
Have your Christmas party with us or take your Christmas party out of the house
You can either choose to enjoy the Christmas party in our cozy rooms or take the food home in familiar surroundings. In both cases, there must be a minimum of 25 people.
Table setting
When you hold your Christmas party with us, we set up and lay out the tables with basic Christmas table decorations. We also take care of tidying up and cleaning the room after the Christmas party.
Service on the day (when the Christmas party is held with us)
We provide kitchen staff to prepare the food and take care of the dishes. We ask our guests to help clean up during and after the food at the Christmas party. If you would like serving staff or other help, this can be purchased.
Appetizers
Our Christmas lunch is always served buffet style. Drinks are self-service from a separate table and the fridge. If you want dessert wine, liqueur wine or spirits, this is charged per bottle started - leftovers are handed out when the Christmas party is over.
Number of envelopes
In general, a minimum of 25 adult envelopes must be ordered for the Christmas party.
Duration of the Christmas party
The event can only be booked as an evening event with a duration until 24:00 at the latest.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel the Christmas party free of charge up to 60 days before the scheduled start date. There will be a 90-day cancellation period if you have booked more than 50% of the Foundry's capacity. Less than 60 days before the Christmas party, a fee of 40% of the booked event will be charged. If canceled less than 30 days prior to the event, a fee of 75% of the booked event will be charged. It is possible to cancel 5% of the number of participants free of charge until the day before the Christmas party. If the Foundry is able to sell to another party, the cancellation fee is waived.
All cancellations must be made in writing to STØBERIET Svendborg.
Payment options
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of DKK 2,500 must be paid no later than 8 days before the Christmas party. Drinks that are not included in the cover charge will be settled afterwards or guests can pay separately with mobilepay in the venue. Payment is made via bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Children
With us, children aged 2 to 12 years eat at half price.
