If you want to gather family and friends for Svendborg's best brunch, STØBERIET Svendborg's beautiful premises are the safe choice. Our hostel is located in Lange's old iron foundry, which offers beautiful and atmospheric function rooms in several sizes.

We are centrally located in Svendborg and have good signage, so our function rooms are both easy to find and easy to get to by public transport and car. When you choose our brunch, you can also use our great outdoor area with a ball field, games, grass areas and benches when you need fresh air or the kids want to go out and play.

All the delicious dishes on our brunch buffet are homemade by our skilled kitchen staff, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. You are guaranteed a brunch in a class of its own, where everyone leaves the table full and where there are always dishes for every taste.

At STØBERIET Svendborg you can gather your loved ones for a brunch in an unpretentious and relaxed setting, where you can relax and enjoy each other's company. We'll take care of setting the table and preparing the food, after which you help clean up during and after the brunch. That way, you set the pace while we provide the best brunch in town. If you need extra staff to clean up, we are of course ready to find a flexible solution that suits your party.

Envelope price: DKK 275,-

(+ surcharge of DKK 25 per person if you want tablecloths and floral decorations - please inquire about special requests)

The food
All our food is homemade. We only use fresh ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

Table setting
When you have a party with us, we set up the tables with basic table decorations. If you want tables set with tablecloths, napkins, floral decorations etc. there will be a surcharge of DKK 25 per person.

We also take care of the cleanup and cleaning of the venue after the party.

Service on the day
We provide kitchen staff to prepare the food and take care of the dishes. We ask our guests to help with cleaning up during and after the meal. If serving staff or other help is required, this can be purchased.

Appetizers
Our brunch is always served buffet style. Drinks are self-service from a separate table and the fridge. If you want dessert wine, liqueur wine or spirits, this is charged per bottle started - leftovers are handed out when the party is over.

Envelope quantity
In general, a minimum of 30 adult envelopes must be ordered. However, parties in the conference room are minimum 40 adult envelopes.

Duration of the party
Brunch events have - as a rule - a duration of 3 hours. It is of course possible to extend this by purchasing more hours.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your event, we will at all times endeavor to rent out the premises to another party. If this is not possible, we are obliged to invoice a cancellation fee. If canceled 6 months before the event, an administration fee of DKK 100 will be invoiced. Cancellations between 6 months and 60 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total amount. Cancellations less than 60 days before the event will be charged 100% of the total amount. You can adjust the number of participants up to 8 days before the party.

Payment
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of DKK 2,500 must be paid no later than 8 days before the event. Drinks that are not included in the envelope price will be settled subsequently. Payment is made via bank transfer. We reserve the right to make price changes.

Children
With us, children aged 2 to 12 years eat at half price.
