When the special occasion needs to be celebrated in style, the beautiful party rooms at STØBERIET Svendborg are the perfect place to hold the party.
Our fine function rooms are located in the old buildings that housed Lange's Iron Foundry. You'll find plenty of atmosphere and ambiance, and we have party rooms in several sizes to best suit the number of guests. We go out of our way to make your celebration special, and we're always ready to find solutions to your venue requirements to suit you and your guests.
Our party rooms are centrally located in Svendborg, and with our excellent signage, the venue is easy to find and easy to get to and from by car and public transport. The venue also gives you access to our courtyard with benches, grass, ball field, fire pit and more, so you and your guests can get some fresh air and the kids can get out and play.
The food for your party is something special: our luxury menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, all homemade by our skilled kitchen staff, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can be sure of delicacies that will delight, and with our wide selection you can put together the perfect menu for your party. At the same time, we also offer late night food, so no one leaves the party hungry.
With a party in STØBERIET's beautiful party rooms, you can be sure of a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere where your guests can relax and enjoy each other's company. We'll make sure the venue is set up and ready, and you help with the cleanup during and after the party. That way, you can take things at your own pace while we take care of the rest. If you need cleaning staff or have other requests for the party room, we are of course happy to help.

The food
All our food is homemade. We only use fresh ingredients and seasonal fruit and vegetables where possible.
Table setting
When you have a party with us, we set up and decorate the tables with basic table decorations. We also take care of tidying up and cleaning the room after the party.
Service on the day
We provide kitchen staff - they prepare the food and take care of the dishes. We ask our guests to help with cleaning up during and after the meal. If serving staff or other help is required, this can be purchased.
Appetizers
The main course and evening meal are always served buffet style, but it may vary whether the starter and dessert are portioned or served buffet style. Drinks are self-service from a separate table and the fridge. If you want dessert wine, liqueur wine or spirits, this is charged per bottle started - leftovers are handed out when the party is over.
Envelope quantity
In general, a minimum of 30 adult envelopes must be ordered. However, parties in our largest room (the conference) are minimum 40 adult envelopes.
Party duration
Party events have a duration of 8 hours. Lunch and receptions 4 hours, with the option to extend by 2 hours when ordering coffee/tea and cake.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your event, we will at all times endeavor to rent out the premises to another party. If this is not possible, we are obliged to invoice a cancellation fee. If canceled 6 months before the event, an administration fee of DKK 100 will be invoiced. Cancellations between 6 months and 60 days before the event will be charged 50% of the total amount. Cancellations less than 60 days before the event will be charged 100% of the total amount. The number of participants can be adjusted up to 8 days before the party.
Payment
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of DKK 2,500 is payable. No later than 8 days before the event, the total envelope price must be paid. Drinks that are not included in the envelope price will be settled afterwards. Payment is made via bank transfer. We reserve the right to make price changes.
Children
With us, children aged 2 to 12 years eat at half price.
